Week of February 8 - 12

Daily

• Our next social studies puzzle piece is due Wednesday February 17 after the break. Please see the parent letter I attached to the week at a glance email for details on the project. 
• La carnaval - It's la carnaval this week! We will be having many festive activities and cultural learning opportunities throughout this week. I have attached a list of the activities that will be going on each day to the week at a glance email. 
• Elyse is our ami vedette this week! - Our ami vedette will lead us in calendar each morning as well as have the opportunity to bring 2 show and tells (1 - anything they want; 2 - a favourite book that I will read to the class). We will be going through the class list in alphabetical order by last name so you have an idea when your child's week will be coming up.
• Please send your child to school each day with a full water bottle, several clean masks, and their agenda. 

Wednesday 

• LOTG for those who ordered 
• Please send any shared treats and valentine's cards to school today so we can quarantine them for 48 hours. We will pass them out on Friday. 
• Home reading - Please ensure that your child brings their home reading to school with their agenda as I will be reading through comments and exchanging their reader. They will only be able to exchange their readers if they return the one they took home the previous week.

Thursday 

• Aggie's Brew order deadline 

Friday 

• Valentine's Day party - wear red and pink! We will hand out any Valentine's cards and shared treats today.
