Week of October 26 - 30 

Daily

• Clothing Drive - M Nish's class will be collecting donations of new or gently used, adult sized outdoor clothing for those in need until November 4th. 
• Student pictures - Pictures were sent home in their agendas on Friday. Please return your orders by the end of the week. 
• Mikayla is our amie vedette this week! - Our ami vedette will lead us in calendar each morning as well as have the opportunity to bring 2 show and tells (1 - anything they want; 2 - a favourite book that I will read to the class). We will be going through the class list in alphabetical order by last name so you have an idea when your child's week will be coming up. 
• Please send your child to school each day with a full water bottle, several clean masks, and their agenda.

Monday 

• Something brown - I'm sure you've got the hang of this one by now. Please send something brown to school with your kids before Thursday! 
• Grade 1 Pasta Lunch Day courtesy of El Greco owned by parents in another grade 1 class (no option for gluten free, or other dietary restrictions). Please still pack snacks for our morning and afternoon snack. 

Wednesday

• Please ensure that your child brings their home reading to school with their agenda as I will be reading through comments and sending home the next colour booklet. 

Thursday

• Presenting our brown objects
• LOTG (Lunch On The Go) for those who have ordered it

Friday 

• Halloween - Send your kids to school dressed up! They can wear their costumes all day as it is only a half day. We are having a bring your own snack style class party so please pack a couple of Halloween treats that they can eat during our class party.
